At the front of the house, a meandering path and mini spiral topiary create a sense of wonder leading up to the front door and soften the approach, whilst large impact plants add interest and colour.

The rear garden showcases a ‘grown up’ dining area leading off from the kitchen, perfect for entertaining in the summer months. Across the lawn, raised sleeper beds with beautiful structural plants and trellis help to break up the fence line.

Continuing the sustainability concept from the inside out, blue recycled glass has been used to create stepping stones, complimenting the grey composite decking, on which sits pallet furniture – a great example of re-using and upcycling existing material.

The garden also includes a number of ‘Gold Standard’ RSPB items such as bird, bee and bat boxes, a hedgehog hotel and highway, a water butt and a compost bin. The outdoor space also meets the top tier RSPB criteria for the inclusion of native hedgerows and wildflower turf.
